Welcome to Mt. Ashland Ski Patrol Online

We are primarily a volunteer organization and part of the National Ski Patrol and Association of Professional Patrollers. Our Patrol provides services to Mt. Ashland Ski Area. which is about a 30 minute drive south of Ashland, Oregon in the Siskiyou Mountains. Our Patrol provides medical assistance, rescue, and education to snow sport enthusiasts on Mt Ashland.

Mt Ashland Ski Patrol has about 50 members including Ski Patrollers, Auxiliary Patrollers, Junior Patrollers, and Trail Crew. Patrollers have at least OEC certification, which is similar to EMT training. We charge nothing for our services or supplies, and use fund raisers throughout the season to create income for training and continuing education.
    (See Events for more info)

The Patrol actively recruits new Patrollers each year. If you think you might be interested, check out our Join page. This page includes the steps and requirements needed to become a Patroller.
